1. Quality issues:
If you find that the sneakers have quality issues after receiving them, please take a picture and send the picture to our customer service. We will evaluate and make corresponding compensation.
① Broken or severely damaged shoes.
② The soles fall off.
③ The received style is different from the ordered style.
④The size is different from the size of the order (if it is the customer’s problem, it will not be returned, please confirm the shoe size again after payment.)
2. Transport issues:
If the shoes are damaged during transportation, please take a picture and send the picture to our customer service, we will evaluate and make corresponding compensation.
3. Customs issues:
If your packages taken by customs, we will resend a new sneakers for you.(Note: we will only resend package once)
